Banana Bread Recipe Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a 9x5 loaf pan with foil or spray with nonstick baking spray
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in one small bowl.
Mash bananas in a large bowl.
Add sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract to bowl with bananas. Stir until well combined.
Add dry flour mixture to wet ingredients. Don’t over-stir. Just until combined.
Feel free to add chocolate chips to the mixture.
Add mixture to pan.
Bake for about an hour. Test inside with a toothpick. It should come out clean. If not, put the loaf back in the oven. Test with a toothpick about every 4 minutes until it comes out clean.
Wait about 20 minutes before slicing.
