Stocking Up Your Kitchen

I absolutely love food. I find having a well-stocked pantry is super helpful for cooking and having snacks readily available. It makes it’s easier to cook because you don’t always have to buy 100 things at the grocery store for each new recipe you prepare! You can also save money by having snacks at home rather than having to buy them whenever you go out and feel hungry. Check out this list of some staples I like to keep in my kitchen!

Pantry staples:

Brown rice

Pasta

Oatmeal

Almond/dairy free, don’t really recommend soy or Fairlife milk (my favorite! delicious and high in protein)

Cheese sticks

Yogurt

Eggs

Granola bars

Crackers

Popcorn

Fruit cups

Frozen fruit and vegetables

Nuts

Nut butter

Pb2 – good low-cal option, I love it!

Spices:

Kosher salt

Pepper

Cinnamon- One of my favorites!

Nutmeg

Basil
