A Few Things I’ve Learned Along the Way

It was a long and amazing journey to finding peace and happiness with delicious foods and banning the word diet! Here are a few tips that have helped me along the way! Let’s chat about what will work for you and your favorite eats!

Hot water with lemon in the morning- great for a mini cleanse when you wake up

Green tea- speeds up metabolism

Pu-erh tea- another awesome cleansing beverage in the morning

Making sure I drink enough water every day, at least 8 glasses. We often mistake hunger for thirst!

Try eating every few hours- my body has become like its own alarm clock. If I don’t eat every few hours I will 100% become Godzilla

Adding fruits and vegetables to meals

Serving food onto a plate or bowl rather than eating directly from the container

Packing snacks and always having some on hand in case you get hungry- the hanger is REAL

Eat breakfast within an hour of waking up- one of my top tips!
